Our Story
Jason Deschamp began working in the roofing industry at just 15 years old. Starting as a labourer, he learned the trade from the ground up through hard work, determination and hands-on experience. Over the years, Jason developed into a skilled shingler and discovered a true passion for protecting homes and families with dependable, high-quality roofing systems.
In 2021, Jason and his wife, Aleisha, founded True Performance Roofing. Their goal was simple: to build a roofing company homeowners could trust — one known for honest advice, quality workmanship and treating every property with care and respect.
Since then, Jason and Aleisha have continued growing True Performance Roofing into a well-known and trusted roofing company throughout Muskoka and the surrounding communities. Jason remains personally involved in the business and takes pride in ensuring every roof is installed properly, using quality materials and proven installation methods.
For Jason, roofing is more than just a job. It is about protecting what matters most, building lasting relationships with customers and standing behind every project his team completes.
